Eden Grounds is a sole-trader garden service based in Byron Bay, NSW. We collect only what we need to book and do the job.

What we collect

• Email and password (password is hashed, not stored in plain text)
• Job address, service, date, time, duration and notes
• Approximate location used to estimate drive time

Why

To run the calendar, travel-time check, invoices, reminders and job completion notices. We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

You, the gardener, and the admin account. Other members only see that a slot is taken — not your address or name.

Access and deletion

Email edengroundsgardening@gmail.com to see or delete your account. Bookings may be kept as long as needed for tax records.
