Booking terms

Minimum booking is 1 hour. All work is $70 per hour. Not currently GST-registered.

Payment

A 20% deposit holds the slot. Bank details are on the payment page. Card/Stripe can be added when you have live keys. The gardener may refuse to start if the deposit is unpaid.

Cancel or change

Cancel from your dashboard at least 24 hours before the start. Inside that window, the deposit may be kept. Admin can free a slot at any time.

Weather

Unsafe rain, lightning or high wind: the day can be put on weather hold. You will be offered the next free slot. No extra fee for a weather move.

Access and scope

You must provide safe access, pets secured, and a clear note of extra work. Green waste handling is by agreement. Work is done with quiet battery gear where practical.

These terms do not limit guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
